Private Events

The Opera House is a Queen Street East staple in the Riverside neighbourhood of Toronto. Opened in 1909, as an Edwardian vaudeville stage, the venue has a tenured history as a performing arts venue. Opera House transitioned into a concert hall in 1989 and has since hosted some of the most memorable shows in the city’s history, including Metallica, Nirvana, Eminem, Foo Fighters, Rage Against the Machine, and more. The venue is 12,000 sq. ft. and best suited for private concerts, film shoots and reception style events.
